1. Do you carry a large selection of frames and mounts to choose from?
Yes we have an extensive range of frames and mounts for your choice.

2. How long does it take to get something framed?
Our normal turnaround time is 5 to 10 working days . Some small or rush jobs are completed
on the same or next day. And at no extra charge.

3. This is the first time Iv 'e had something framed. What do I do?
Just pop along to the shop with the item and we will be happy to advise you on your framing options.
All of our staff have many years frame design experience and will be happy to advise on choice of framing
options whilst taking your personal tastes into consideration.

4. Is framing expensive?
Generally bespoke framing is not expensive. Remember that bespoke framing is not a mass-produced factory product
but a one of hand crafted item designed and built to your order, to suit your needs and decor preferences.

5 . I just want a family photograph framed. Is that too small a job for you?
No framing job is too small for us.

6 . I have broken the glass in my frame. Can you replace the glass?
Yes, this is a common request for us.

7 . Can you frame 3D objects?
Yes we cater for box framing of all 3D objects and sports shirts etc.

8 . I had something framed by another framer and it has got damaged, Would you repair it for me?
Yes, we would be happy to inspect and carryout any repairs required.

9. Do you give discount to artist, photographers or other art trades?
Yes we give discount to artist or art trades especially when producing an exhibition etc were quantity is involved.

10. Is the framing done on the premises?
Yes. All parts of the framing process are completed in our well equipped workshop.
