FREQUENTLY ASKED PRINTING QUESTIONS

1. Do you carry a large selection of media choose from?
Yes we have an extensive range of photo papers, art rag and canvas etc for your choice.

2. How long does it take to get something printed?
On most occasions we can print as you wait, if the image needs further photoshop work then it could be 2-3 days.

3. This is the first time Iv 'e needing something printed. What do I do?
Just pop along to the shop with the image stored on CD, Memory stick, Camera card or just a plain
old photo and we will do the rest. We can advise you on what processes or paper style would be suitable
for your application

4. Is printing expensive?
No not when you consider that we can taylor the size and media type to suit your personal needs,
it can work out very cost effective if you decide to have the print framed in our workshop.

5 . Can you make my image look better?
Generally yes, with years of photoshop experience we can improve your images by colour correction, LAB sharpening
along with other professional techniques,we even removing cracks and marks from damaged photos .

6 . How long will by print last?
We use the latest inks systems from Epson and are guaranteed for 70 years if stored properly.

7 . Can you print in black and white as well as colour?
Yes we print black and white, duo colour and colour.

8 . I am an artist can you photograph my art and reproduce as prints?
Yes, we would be happy facilitate artist wanting to reproduce prints of their work

9. I'm a photographer can you give trade discount for my prints?
Yes we give discount to photographers and photography shops for prints especially were quantity is involved.

10. Is the printing done on the premises?
Yes. All our printing processes are carried out in our shop.
